Overview
Coastal Cave is a small, mission-focused cave on the coast of Ishikari Plain. It is best known as the lair of Toshi the Torch, an Oni raider and arsonist pursued through the bounty system. The cave is reached from the Otaru Beach coastline and is marked as a named location when Atsu approaches its entrance.
Unlike a large settlement or multi-stage dungeon, Coastal Cave has a compact layout and a narrow purpose. Its main content is the Toshi the Torch bounty, which begins at the bounty board outside Ishikari Market. The location contains a short combat route, a captive-rescue sequence, environmental storytelling involving burned victims, and a final escape fight against Toshi’s followers.
