Cape Inari is a confirmed named location in Ghost of Yōtei. It is situated at the northern edge of the game world and is connected with Cape Inari Shrine and the concealed Cape Inari Hideout.

The location is particularly important for players completing the northern camp and collectible content because the hideout is not simply an open camp encountered from the surrounding terrain. It is accessed through a shrine route and a puzzle involving fox lanterns.
