Overview
I could not verify Silent Lookout as a named location in the base game of Ghost of Yōtei from reliable, location-specific evidence. Searches for the exact name produced no authoritative game entry, map record, walkthrough, collectible listing, or official reference that establishes its position, boundaries, subareas, inhabitants, rewards or activities.
The material currently indexed online describes lookouts and vantage points as a general category, but does not identify a location called Silent Lookout. One guide distinguishes larger watchtowers from smaller lookouts and says that lookouts are used for reconnaissance and marking nearby points of interest, but it does not list Silent Lookout as an individual place.
