Overview
Crane Mountain Shrine is a Shinto shrine in the Sago region of Kamiagata, the snowy northern area of Tsushima. It is one of the game’s major mountain shrines, reached by following a line of torii gates and completing a long grappling-hook platforming route. At the summit, Jin can honour the shrine to receive the Charm of Ikazuchi-no-Kami and one Wax Wood.
The shrine occupies a high, isolated mountain route rather than a settlement or conventional landmark complex. There are no documented residents, shops, quest-givers, enemy camps or businesses belonging to the shrine itself. Its principal content is the climb, the sanctuary at the summit and the reward obtained by praying there.
