Overview
Bamboo Rock is a small but worthwhile exploration location in the Tokachi Range of Ghost of Yōtei. It is best understood as a named rocky landmark and cave site in or beside Ishiusu Basin, not as a large settlement or a subregion equivalent to Tokachi Range. Its main rewards are an Ainu Item, a nearby Altar of Reflection, and a compact cave encounter involving a bear. The location also has a fast-travel point, making it a convenient return stop when clearing the southern part of the Tokachi Range.
Bamboo Rock is particularly useful because several activities converge in a small area. The named rock acts as the navigation reference, the cave supplies a combat-and-exploration detour, and the nearby item can be collected without completing a tale or liberating a camp. The area therefore rewards players who investigate the terrain instead of simply travelling between major objectives.
