Overview
Moiwa Grotto is a minor cave location in the Tokachi Range of Ghost of Yōtei. It is easy to overlook because it is not primarily presented as a large combat dungeon, settlement or conventional collectible site. Its importance comes from the story content attached to it.
The grotto is the starting point for the side tale Desperate Remedy, in which Atsu helps a wounded Matsumae soldier obtain medicine from Huranui’s Rest Inn. Returning to the cave completes the tale, but also triggers an ambush by Chuta. Completing this encounter is required before the otherwise hidden Iron Chuta bounty appears on the bounty board at Huranui’s Rest Inn.
