Overview
The Sapporo Clock Tower is a real historical landmark in present-day Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is not presently supported as an in-game location in Ghost of Yōtei, and the available evidence strongly conflicts with its inclusion in the base game.
The principal problem is chronology. Ghost of Yōtei is set in Ezo in 1603, with Ezo being the historical name for Hokkaido. The Sapporo Clock Tower, by contrast, was built in 1878, more than two and a half centuries later. It was originally the military drill hall of Sapporo Agricultural College, an institution associated with the modern development of Sapporo. Its clock was installed in 1881.
Accordingly, a full wiki guide treating the clock tower as an explorable Ghost of Yōtei location would require invented information. The requested categories, such as enemies, rewards, access requirements, named residents, businesses and progression changes, cannot be filled responsibly without game evidence.
