Overview
Shirahige Falls occupies the south-eastern part of the Yōtei Grasslands. It is best understood as a small activity cluster built around a large waterfall rather than as a settlement. The falls provide a concealed exploration space, while the surrounding high ground contains a Saito-controlled compound and a lighthouse-related area.
The area also sits close to the route for Fall’s Rest Shrine, but the shrine’s torii-gate ascent is a distinct activity. It should not be counted as an internal subarea of the falls.
