Overview
Traveler’s Rest is a named roadside location in Ghost of Yōtei, situated in the Tokachi Range. It is best understood as a navigational landmark and route junction rather than automatically treating it as a full town or major settlement. The name suggests a rest stop, but the available evidence does not establish which services, if any, are provided there. In particular, it should not be assumed to contain an inn, merchant, blacksmith, fast-travel point or quest giver simply because it is called Traveler’s Rest.
Its importance comes mainly from its position beside the road from Serpent’s Pass and from its relationship with the nearby Reliquary of Resilience, a mountain-reliquary puzzle that rewards the Yotei’s Charge Weapon Kit. The reliquary is reached by taking an immediate right at Traveler’s Rest when travelling from Serpent’s Pass into the Tokachi Range, then following a climbing route through trees and white flowers.
