Overview
I could not verify Frozen Lookout as a canonical named location in the Ghost of Yōtei base game from the reliable sources currently available. Because the location’s boundaries, parent region, subareas, activities and named contents cannot be established, a detailed wiki article would risk inventing facts. I have therefore not fabricated a walkthrough, directory, rewards table or map position.
The game is set in 1603 in the lands around Mount Yōtei in Ezo, the area now known as Hokkaido. PlayStation describes the setting as a fictionalised landscape containing grasslands, snowy tundra and wilderness, with exploration points including shrines, hot springs, Pillars of the Fallen, Bamboo Strikes, Wolf Dens, Inari Shrines and Altars of Reflection. However, the official material I found does not identify a place called Frozen Lookout.
