Overview
No reliable game source currently establishes Daisetsu Highland as a named location in Ghost of Yōtei. The available region guides I could verify list the game’s base-game areas as Yōtei Grasslands, Tokachi Range, Ishikari Plain, Nayoro Wilds, Teshio Ridge and Oshima Coast, with Mount Yōtei treated separately as a small side area. None of those sources identifies a region, subregion, settlement, landmark or activity called Daisetsu Highland.
