Overview
No reliable evidence currently confirms a named location called Rusutsu Forest in the base game of Ghost of Yōtei. The available region guides and location indexes identify the game’s principal regions as Yōtei Grasslands, Ishikari Plain, Tokachi Range, Nayoro Wilds, Teshio Ridge and Oshima Coast, with a separate Mount Yōtei area, but none lists Rusutsu Forest as a recognised region, subarea or named point of interest.
