Overview

I could not verify Shikisai-no-Oka as a location in the Ghost of Yōtei base game. The available game maps and regional guides identify the base game’s principal areas as Yōtei Grasslands, Ishikari Plain, Tokachi Range, Nayoro Wilds, Teshio Ridge, Oshima Coast, and the separate Mount Yōtei area. None of the consulted sources lists Shikisai-no-Oka as a region, subarea, settlement, landmark, activity site, building, mission location or collectible location.

Because the requested guide requires verified boundaries, child areas, named directories, rewards, progression states and comprehensive listings, producing a conventional wiki article here would require inventing unsupported game content. I have therefore not treated similarly named real-world places, unnamed flower fields or visually comparable in-game scenery as evidence for a fictional location.
