Overview
I could not verify Silent Peak as a named location in the base game of Ghost of Yōtei from the available evidence. The principal region guides and location indexes I checked identify the game’s major areas as Yōtei Grasslands, Tokachi Range, Nayoro Wilds, Ishikari Plain, Teshio Ridge and Oshima Coast, with Mount Yōtei treated separately as a smaller side area. None of those sources lists a location called Silent Peak.
